宅家无聊蒸条豉汁黄骨鱼~百搭酱汁配乜都好味

2021年5月家住越秀,这几天周末都乖乖宅家了。上河马买了些菜,忍不住吐槽,十点多下的点,快2点才送到,估计碰着高峰了,大家都开始网上买菜。
黄骨鱼6.9一条,到手都几大条,饿死个人,赶紧简单蒸蒸搞起!
【材料】
黄骨鱼*2、蒜末、豆豉、姜条、剁辣椒(现成坛坛乡酱料)、葱段(有就最好加上)

1.先备个料~豆豉切碎,姜切条,蒜头搞碎

2.黄骨鱼买回来先用生粉揉一下,再用水冲一冲,去下粘液杂质

3.然后鱼身切几刀,放入刚备好的料,加点生抽揉一揉,入下味。这里我还加上了茄子,一起蒸,吸味好吃

4.最后加上点剁辣椒,转一圈油。

5.大火烧水,水开后就放入锅里,蒸个八分钟就OK了

6.起锅后有条件可以加点熟油,生抽,睇上去颜色更有油水,入口也更鲜

不知道是不是太久没吃黄骨鱼,感觉肉质挺滑嫩der,亦乜泥味,细骨也少,我这怕剔骨星人也能放心大口吃鱼了。
